Each practice was deeply laced with understanding of what is happening internally. How organs, joints, muscles are all impacted by each pose. I really appreciated how in the physical there were aspects of Hara, heart, head, yin/yang. How the parasympathetic nervous systems is impacted by different poses. And how yoga practices contribute to regulation of the nervous system, healing fascia, bringing lubrication to the joints, fresh blood flow and releasing stagnation from different organs. It was wonderful, sophisticated teachings.
— Practitioner, California
I feel like my practice is easier to slip into any time of the day, more than morning routine, I feel like I can rest more in Hara. Realizing that moments of nirvana are accessible when reactivity ceases rocked my world. I feel very grateful for the practice of beautiful mind states and the moments of surrender of identifying with codified behavior and thoughts.

So packed full of gems. Everything is so good.
— Practitioner, Austria
Through this course, I have become more confident in my physical/emotional/mental self. The lessons I have learn (especially the meditations) have added a whole new level to my classes and also the classes I am in as a student. I feel that as an individual I am able to express my intentions with more care and stability. All I want in my life is to be able to share and receive with an open and non-judgmental mind. Understanding my suffering and evolution and those around me has helped me do this. There are many things to learn in the practice of yoga, especially philosophically, away from the movement. Learning more about Hara has helped me flip perspective and deepened my knowledge in a way I didn’t know it could - thank you.
— Practitioner, Australia
The significance of yin as an integral role to emotional, mental, physical well-being is expansive. The skill and grace with which these concepts are handled bolsters growth and understanding. I have received so much from this experience
— Practitioner, Spain
I feel supported and held by my practice in a way that I didn’t yet know. Giving my self time to be with my self and remind my self over and over again that I am present moment consciousness creates that many more opportunities to practice.
