Integration, Insight, Empathy
It is said a Yogi committed to the path of inner awakening, a practitioner in wholeness, hosts three essential aspects of an evolved capacity: Integration, insight, empathy
Integration:
-recognizes their limitations and their potentials
-celebrates the radical possibilities of an ever evolving selfhood
-understand the multiplicity of humans; no fixed self
-acknowledges all the roles & parts each of us plays
-listens to the wisdom from all aspects of self [even the burdened ones]
Insight:
-Senses their authentic nature
-Mitigated need for others/external experience to validate self
-sees clearly the nature of impermanence
-celebrates their precious, ephemeral human existence
Empathy:
-interpersonal broadness to encompass other people’s distortions
-capacity to feel the interior life, emotional landscape, of another
-ability to experience Muddita, joy for other people’s successes
