We seek… yoga practitioners from all disciplines and lineages who are interested in cultivating the lunar, reflective slope of the practice, who are intent in the subtle arts of restorative and robust healing. Asana enthusiasts, spirit seekers, mindfulness cultivators, adventurers, and conscious curators of the internal arts: Join us on the path as together we commit to a yin & mindfulness practice for the Self, for the sake of others, for the alleviation of suffering and the improvement of our global commons.

We bring… the dedicated disciplines and lineages of yin, yang, and restorative yoga, infused with principles of Buddhism, Traditional Chinese Medicine, devotional Bhakti background, Iyengar principles and Neuropsychology.

We vow… to offer enriching Awareness and Empowerment practices in a sanctuarious setting on the journey to become a Yin Yoga Practitioner & Facilitator. We create a consciousness network of strengthened and awakened yoga students who seek to refine the kinetics of their own practice or to teach others; a deepening of the subtle realm.
